3、丰富的专业知识、较强的专业技术实施能力及计划管理能力；
4、良好的沟通协调和指导能力；
5、具有国家注册建筑师资格。

2. An excellent portfolio showcasing design an d delivery excellence. Minimum 10 years experience in a variety of architecture design project such as mixed-use, retails, residential, tourism an d leisure projects. Good design management skill of large project more than 100,000m2
3. Proven ability to manage client relationships an d to achieve successful outcomes. China project experience, familiar with China regulation an d protocol
4. Can thrive in a Muti-disciplinary team with good communication skill an d strong interpersonal skills. The successful applicant must have experience managing projects from initial design to actual completion an d it is expected that as a "mentor" to their junior.
